Paying the price...

I found out what happens if your 18 month old goes down an hour and a half late for his nap. That happened yesterday. Upon awaking, our sweet little loveable blue-eyed boy displayed what I can only describe as some serious pms-type emotions. Happy. Mad. Crying. Laughing. Ornery. More crying. Melodrama. More crying - out of control this time. Oh, it was stressful! Here's a description of the three happy after-nap moments he had:

1) going outside to play after his nap.
2) a very brief moment at dinner in between crying jags (see goofy pictures)

Gotta love cheesy grins complete with runny nose and yogurt around the mouth!

3) bathtime (which promptly changed to some serious melodrama after I pulled him out of the tub to dry him)

Suffice it to say, our little man was in bed and asleep at 6:30 p.m. (tonight too, actually). Sweet dreams my little love!
