"...A Bowl Full of Mush" & a Cheesy Smile...
One of Ayson's favorite bedtime stories is Goodnight Moon. The poor book has endured lots of love from both he and Alex. As we read through the story Ayson likes to point to some of his favorite things in the illustrations: the cats, the light, the red balloon, etc. As of late one of his favorite things though is a black and white picture of "a bowl full of mush." You know how it reads - "A comb and a brush and a bowl full of mush." I always tell him it's actually oatmeal (which he also loves). What follows is a picture of him from this morning enjoying his bowl of "mush" and givng me a diliriously happy, cheesy grin. Life is good in this 18-month old's world!

Cason likes to point to the little black and white picture of the mouse. He has done that every since he was about 8 months old. Then he likes to turn back to that page several times to see the mouse again.
We also have "Good Night Goon". Have you seen that one?
