Joy at the Playground...

The Friday morning sunshine and lovely temperatures brought us out to the park with Nanny. While we brought along Alex's bike and a picnic blanket, Nanny did the hard work and packed a picnic lunch for us all. Parks are wonderful. Where else can little kids run around with wreckless abandon and make lots of noise without it being frowned upon? Our picnic was yummy - I think Nanny & I liked it better than the boys. Alex was into the idea of it, but when it came down to it he was just plain distracted. Ayson for his part enjoyed pretty much throwing everything on the blanket or grass. That still drives me to distraction but I try very hard to be a cool mom and go with the flow. Anyway, most of the eating he did was off the blanket or ground (like a little dog no less). We had fun though. Below are some pictures from one of the nicer playground areas at the park that the boys enjoyed...

This by far was Ayson's favorite - it had a steering wheel!
