A jam session in A.J.'s office with Alex on small blue guitar, A.J. on big blackie, and Ayson cutting the rug.
After dinner (delicious & homemade by moi thank you very much!) we took the boys outside where they discovered the sprinkler on in our neighbor's yard. Of course we let them both get wet even though it was in the 60's! But the wettest of the two - that would be Ayson - had to go in since he was soaking...
And even though his shirt says "Mr. Happy" he was most definitely not happy about it!When Alex came in from the cool, and Ayson was [partially] dressed in his pajamas, they spent some time playing in the living room. Very busy boys!
Then it was bedtime. A.J. took Alex and they read "Cloudy With A Chance Of Meatballs" among other stories, along with prayers. And I took Ayson where we read "Good Night Moon," "Woof's Bedtime,""The Very Lonely Firefly," followed by a change in to a very thick Huggies Nighttime diaper...
Ayson doesn't call A.J. anything yet...no Daddy, DaDa, or Papa. But he gets sweet goodbye and good night kisses from him.
Ayson calls me "Mama" but I can't get a bedtime kiss out of him for the life of me!!
Good night, my sweets!
