Here are the latest and greatest talents, quirks and activities of my little blue-eyed boy this month!
1. Loves to feed himself with a fork. When he gets tired of eating (or ornery) he throws his food on the floor - but no need to worry about clean up - when I put him down on the floor, he eats everything he had previously thrown! Sometimes if we don't "release" him from the table when he wants, he'll hit himself in the head with his hands or run his fork through his hair.
2. He now says kitty cat, light, mama, more, ball (I think), yee ha, e-i-e-i (but doesn't say the "o" part). Of course when I want to show off his skills he never obliges, and I'm positive people think I'm lying!
3. He likes to check out his belly button (and anyone else's belly button if you'll let him). See below...
4. He likes all things boy! He loves to play with balls and has quite the throwing arm. He also has picked up on the ball kicking skill too. He likes to play with cars and make the motor/drive sounds as he rolls them on the floor. While it might not be "boy," he also likes to push around the toy vaccuum or broom and makes motor sounds for both - quite cute. And his latest love is playing with Alex's motorcycle driver. He of course makes the motor sounds and then wiggles the handlebars back and forth like he's really driving. See below...
5. He has been practicing really hard climbing the rock wall on the playground set & then wanting to go down the slide!
6. And he now wants to practice rocking in the rocking chair that used to belong to me when I was a little one.

7. Arches his back like crazy, squeezes his little butt cheeks together and then growls at me if I change his diaper when it's not "convenient" for him!
8. Gives lovely open mouth kisses now - sometimes with a tongue, so look out!
9. When he's tired acting, if I tell him it's time to go to his room for a nap, he'll start walking toward his room by himself and then eagarly wait to be put in his bed! I'll enjoy that while it lasts!
10. When we go in to get him after he is awake from his nap, he always wants to take a moment to show us everything he has in his crib. He'll point to each thing, then wait for us to say what each thing is, and then he'll move on to the next thing. Then he'll move to his music aquarium, turn on the music or change the tune and then start a little crib jig. Same routine every day!

Life is good...still.
