The Dig...

We have a spot in our side yard where we can't seem to get grass to grow. This is the designated spot where the boys are allowed to dig with their tractors and digging tools. Yesterday there was some serious pretending going on. Alex and his buddy were pirates who were digging up dinosaur bones and buried treasures. I remember being this age and playing with my brothers and kids in the neighborhood, pretending for hours. What wonderful imaginations kids have, and what a wonderful gift it is.
