Family Bonding...

My Mom & Dad stayed with us for a week this Thanksgiving! It was a blast having them down in Texas for the holiday - for that, we were truly thankful!  The distance that separates us makes me long for a time long ago when families remained in close proximity.  It was the norm.  It was good.  But we savored the week we got.  Enjoyed each others company.  Laughed.  Shared.  Relaxed.  It was good too.  We were glad for it.
