Before School...

The last half hour before we have to depart to drop Alex off at school each morning, the boys will frequently spend outside playing.  They want to spend every last minute hitting golf balls, riding bikes or scooters, or just taking in some fresh spring air. 

Yesterday morning, their outdoor time was spent watching the golf maintenance people treating the fairway. They stood for a good 10-15 minutes on the deck and on this spot quietly watching the guys travel back and forth spraying the fairway.  I'm thinking if we can avoid rain and wind tomorrow morning that I may surprise them with french toast and fruit for an outdoor breakfast on the patio - they'd love that!

Six weeks of school left! The countdown has begun at our house!
