That Time of Year...

It's that time of year again...getting together with friends, cooking out and the first dip in the pool. That was our main Memorial Day weekend celebration. And of course Memorial Day means that the release from school and freedom of summer is just around the corner!! We can. not. wait.

 Ayson & Cason were wrapped together in a towel trying to get warm. It was so cute.

 The kiddos spent a good deal of time later in the evening playing on this cool platform swing. Lots of fun.

Our friend Malinda made a late evening dinner for the boys. Alex devoured his, and I'm sure if we'd allowed, would've kept his own party going another couple of hours. Ayson, however, was going down fast as you can tell by the look on his face here. We got home and had the boys in bed by 10:00 p.m. The next day though, Ayson was so tired he fell asleep at 5:45, missing dinner, and didn't wake up again (except for us getting him in to his pajamas) until morning. That's the sign of a good and full Memorial Day weekend! Thanks Phillip & Malinda for another fun get together!
