Friday Ayson and I headed over to our friends, Malinda and Cason's, house for play group. Malinda is queen of creativity and coming up with fun craft ideas for all the little kids. She inspires us moms and shames us simultaneously! :) On this particular play group, we all made mini-terrariums.
Each kiddo picked out a glass container, colored aquarium rocks, a couple of mini-succulent plants and a little plastic frog or creature to put in their jar. Mostly we moms did the assembly, but the kids helped where they were able. We even made one to bring home to Alex. He thinks it's so cool.
After all of that hard work all 10 kids squeezed around the picnic table for lunch (again, courtesy of Malinda). I'm so glad to be part of this fun group of ladies and kids!
