Get Away...

This year, instead of taking a vacation that required setting up a fifth wheel at a camp site, A.J. and I decided we wanted more of a "getaway." Quite by chance while looking at various vacation options, I stumbled upon La Toretta Lake Resort & Spa on Lake Conroe, about an hour north of Houston.  It ended up being a perfect combination of relaxation and play for a family like ours. We played, sat by the pool, and did nothing...it was perfect. And we had a blast...next year they'll be at the top of our list again. :)
