A couple weeks ago, Uncle GL gave Ayson a mini North Stars - oops! :) - I mean a Dallas Stars hockey stick. Ayson scooted a tennis ball around out in the driveway with the stick. Lots of fun. Then the other day he came through the living room with his hockey stick and a wooden block from his shape sorter. The block glides on the wood floor perfectly. He actually had pretty good form too. Of course that is my comparing him to the proper form used during my field hockey days, but it's really not that different at all. He was no longer swinging at the "puck" as though it was a golf ball, rather he pushed it firmly along the floor. I was quite impressed. Good imagination my little monkey!
