After about three years of reading the same Bible over and over to Alex, we found this little treasure and tucked it in his Easter basket. It takes the children's Bible from the cutesy to a more thoughtful version. It does a fantastic job helping kids realize that it's more than just a book of stories, but that there is a common, underlying thread that ultimately ties everything together (hence the title: the Jesus Storybook Bible - Every Story Whispers His Name). It's a wonderful book!
