Houseguest...

Every now in and then we get brief visits from these little creatures.  I actually think they're sort of cute, though I'd never want to actually touch one.  And anyway, they're way better than spiders or snakes.  Alex & Ayson found this little guy in our entryway.  Alex quickly decided it didn't want to leave him and that it had grown attached to Alex.  In their all too brief 15 minute relationship Alex named him Speedy and he even tried to train it [we're talking literally here!] by whistling to it and saying, "Come here boy!" Then Alex found him a nice home, and that was the end.  My kind of pet! :)
