Because this past Saturday gave us such great weather, we took the boys to the amazing park in Benbrook to play for a couple of hours and then enjoy a picnic before heading back home.
There are so many fun things for the boys!

Alex and about eight other kids played on the merry-go-round for about 20 minutes straight. There were a few big kids who could really make it go fast while the little kids yelled for more. When Alex finally got off he pretty much stumbled over to where I was sitting and told me he was "seasick." I walked him over to a tree because he was taking on a greenish hue but he just needed to lay on the grass for a few minutes. I guess we now know what happens if you go around continuously for 20 minutes straight!
Before eating lunch A.J. got the boys out on one of the empty ball fields and had them running bases (that's what those two little dots are on the diamond!) to use up some more energy, before refueling again at lunch time! :)
