Air Show...

Last Saturday after Alex's golf lessons, we took the boys to the Alliance Air Show. It was in the 50's all day with a slight breeze so it felt good and chilly.  We were dressed semi-properly but could have used another layer for our six hours outside. But there was very little complaining except for a brief protest from Alex after golf lessons - "I will never play golf outside in freezing weather again!" He quickly forgot about that once we were at the air show. I'm not a huge fan of air shows - the planes all start to look alike to me, but it was fun seeing the Thunderbirds again.  You can't help but be impressed when you see them in action!

A.J.'s favorite of the day was this B-1 bomber.  He responded to seeing that like he does when he hears a Ferarri engine rev! :)
