Monkey Business & Bomb Pops...

Fridays are good. Yesterday was no exception. We got to spend a couple hours with our friends, Malinda and Cason. We capped off the visit with lunch at a local Subway. It's always quite an experience taking these three little friends out to eat - and it's a good thing Malinda and I have a good sense of humor! :) We had a lot of fun together though, as always.

When A.J. was officially finished with work yesterday evening, we went outside with the boys to watch them play. That is when Ayson, standing at the top of the slide, started doing this...

Minutes later, we heard music. Where was that music coming from? Then we saw it. I headed for the house to get money as A.J. headed toward the street. An ice cream truck! We've never seen one in our neighborhood before...another fun kiddie experience for our kidlets that we remember from our childhood summers.

Alex chose the ever tasty fudge & banana bomb pop.

And he did a great job sharing with Ayson.

Next time I want to get a treat from the ice cream man too! :)
