Hallow's Eve...

After a yummy chili dinner at A.J.'s parent's house, we trekked over the hill to look at the annual pumpkin display, and find Alex's pumpkin. I always have enjoyed this tradition and think it's such fun seeing a stone wall lined with hundreds of carved pumpkins.
Found it! Bat pumpkin is his!

By the time we left the pumpkins it was getting dark, so we ran home and changed the boys in to their costumes - GI Joe (Roadblock) and Iron Man (except Ayson was a modified Iron Man - no mask - rather, a drawn on goatee).  We took our muscle-bound men around the neighborhood and then to A.J.'s parent's cul-de-sac for the trick-or-treating.  And the evening ended by roughly 8:30 after the boys "sorted" their bounty. It was more than time for bed for these two over-tired kidlets!
Here they are Roadblock and Iron Man, loving on each other. What you might not be aware of is that after this snap was taken Roadblock and Iron Man were on the verge of getting ready to rumble! Looking below, it's pretty obvious who's the instigator! And Alex is in the middle of some frustrated tough talk.  Oh the joy!
Happy Halloween!
