Galveston Calling...
We took a little summer excursion to Galveston this past week. We stayed at the same place as we had during our last visit there in 2009 and had a wonderful time. I'll spare you the minutiae of vacation activities, and simply say we enjoyed life on "island time," were beach bums, ate lots of seafood and had to leave too soon. Here's a good number of photos from our visit!
We even managed to get together for an evening cookout with our friends who were on vacation in Galveston too.
